Accreditation

ILOHM is registered with the South African National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Its employees are registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as Professional Construction Managers (Pr CM) and Professional Construction Project Managers (Pr CPM).

They (ILOHM employees) are also registered with international professional bodies such as United Kingdom (UK) Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) as Chartered Construction Managers and Chartered Builders (MCIOB and FCIOB) as well as Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as Chartered Surveyors (MRICS and FRICS).
